Wow. This was difficult to do. I used a reference photo of Tim Burton, and a reference photo of Johnny Depp, spliced the two images together and drew this with 2 layers. White on a Black background.

Great job! Using white on black takes almost a completely different state of mind to do (I'd think) I'm only used to adding darkness/color to a white background. I'm going to have to try this one of these days!
